Can I install my apps on vSeeBox?
Yes, absolutely. vSeeBox is fully compatible with the Google Android TV system. We recommend installing all official apps directly from the Google Play Store to ensure optimal performance.
For select third-party apps not available on the Play Store, you can access the Market section on the Home Page, where we’ve included a collection of commonly used apps for easy download and installation.
What internet speed is recommended for using V3 Plus vSeeBox?
For the best streaming experience, we recommend an internet speed of at least 15 Mbps. For optimal stability and performance, a wired Ethernet connection is preferred over Wi-Fi.
When streaming Video on Demand (VOD), you can adjust the picture quality as needed. For high-quality playback, a minimum of 15 Mbps is ideal, while 4K/UHD content in Heat VOD Ultra performs best with 25 Mbps or higher.
What channels are included with V3 Plus vSeeBox?

How to install my apps on vSeeBox?
We recommend using the Google Play Store, as vSeeBox is fully compatible with the Android TV platform. You can easily download official apps such as Netflix, YouTube TV, Disney+, and many others directly from there.
For third-party apps not available on the Play Store, visit the vSee Market located on the Home Page. We’ve included a selection of commonly used apps for easy access and installation.
How to uninstall apps on vSeeBox?
How to update my vSeeBox?
vSeeBox supports Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to keep your device running smoothly and up to date. Simply go to the third row on the Home Page and select “Software Update.” From there, choose “Online Update” to check for and install the latest version if available.
How to reset my vSeeBox? Will factory reset erase my Heat Apps?
Performing a factory reset will erase all data and cached files on your vSeeBox. However, you can easily reinstall the Heat Apps after the reset is complete.
To reset your device:
Go to the 3rd row on the Home Screen > System Settings > Device Preferences > Reset > Erase Everything.
Heat Live and Heat VOD missing after setup
First, please ensure your network connection is active. A quick way to verify is by opening YouTube TV and checking if videos play correctly.
If your network is connected but the Heat Apps are not appearing on the Home Screen, and you’re experiencing setup glitches, we recommend performing a factory reset.
To do this:
Navigate to the 3rd row on the Home Screen > System Settings > Device Preferences > Reset > Erase Everything.
How to use the EPG TV Guide?
The EPG (Electronic Program Guide) lets you browse live TV schedules, see what’s currently playing, and check upcoming programs—all in one convenient interface.
To access and use the EPG:
Open the Heat Live App from the Home Screen.
Press the “Guide” or “EPG” button on your remote, or select the EPG icon on the screen.
The guide will display a list of channels along with current and upcoming programming.
Use the arrow keys to navigate by time or channel.
Select any program to view details or switch directly to that channel.
With EPG, you can plan your viewing and never miss your favorite shows or live events.
What can I do if the EPG is not accurate?
The EPG system adjusts according to your box Time Zone, and Date and Time setting.
Please check that the time, date, and timezone on your vSeeBox are set correctly.
To do this, go to the Home Screen > Settings > Device Preferences > Date & Time.
If the time is still incorrect, try turning “Automatic date & time” off, then back on. This will refresh the settings and update to the correct time.
How to add channels to favorite list?
When you select a VOD title, you’ll see options for “Play,” “Info,” and “Favorite” before it begins. To save the title for later, simply click the “Favorite” button to add it to your Favorites list.
How to use the Search function?
To find specific content, use the Search function located on the left side of the VOD main page. For example, if you’re looking for the movie Moonfall, you can simply search by typing “moon” or “fall”—partial keywords will still bring up the correct results.
To use voice search:
Ensure your remote has a microphone button (usually marked with a mic icon).
Press and hold the mic button on your remote.
Speak clearly into the remote—for example:
“Play Top Gun”
“Open YouTube”
“Find action movies”
Release the button after speaking. The device will process your voice command and display the results.
✅ Tip: Make sure your vSeeBox is connected to the internet and has microphone permissions enabled to use voice search effectively.
How to use the 7 Days Playback feature?
To access 7-Day Playback:
Open the Heat Live app from your vSeeBox Home Screen.
Navigate to a channel that supports Catch-Up or Playback (these channels are usually marked with a “Play” icon or labeled accordingly).
Press the EPG (Electronic Program Guide) button or select the EPG icon on screen.
Browse through the schedule and select a program that aired within the last 7 days.
Click the program and select “Play” to start watching from the beginning.
✅ Note: Not all channels support 7-day playback. Availability may vary by channel or content provider.
How to remove the network speed displayed in the top right corner?
The speed display can be turned on/off. By selecting “Menu” > “Settings”, and toggle on/off
Can I request more channels?
We keep adding more channels. Please provide us the name of the channels you want to add. For local channels, please also provide the callsigns (Eg. KNBC for NBC 4 Southern California). We will add them within 2 weeks and contact you if been added.
For priority, we will add according to popularity, from Sports > National & Local > Canadian & Latino > 24/7.
Are there any 18+ or Adult content or Parental content?
Currently, vSeeBox does not provide any adult content according to regulations.
Why are some channels showing “Channel Under Maintenance”?
It often happens with sports and PPV channels. If there are no live games at the time, those channels will be under maintenance preparing for upcoming events. Please check our EPG for game schedules, or you can check the schedule on relevant sports websites.
For regular channels, sometimes there are emergency checks/tests. Most of those channels will come back shortly. If you notice any of the channels that were down for a while and didn’t come back, you can use the Feedback submission to notify us, and our developers’ team will check and fix it soonest.
Can I pause the Live TV?
Currently, the Heat Live cannot be paused or stopped. We are developing the Time Shift feature and it will be available later.
All Channels are Down for Maintenance, 346 error code on Right bottom side
If you are experiencing all channels showing down for maintenance, we recommend doing a factory reset. You can find that on: 3rd row on home screen – system settings – device preference – reset – erase everything.
What is the difference between Heat VOD and Heat VOD Ultra?
Heat VOD Ultra is an upgraded version of Heat VOD which provides more ultra HD and 4K VODs. We recommend an over 40 Mbps network for streaming 4K contents without buffering.
How to search for a movie/tv series I want to watch?
You can use the Search function on the left-hand side of the VOD main page. For example, if you want to search for the movie “Moonfall”, you can search “moon” or “fall”.
How can I set a movie or tv series to my favorite?
When you select and click on any VOD, there are “Play”, “Info” and “Favorite” buttons on the page before you watch it. You can click the “Favorite” button to add it to your favorite.
How can I check my favorite VOD list?
You can find the Favorite on the top side of the VOD main page. To cancel a favorite, you can hover over the movie/tv series and press the Menu button on your remote to cancel your favorite.
How can I change the picture quality?
Some of our VODs have different quality versions for you to choose from. You can adjust according to your network environment. Press Menu button on your remote during the VOD streaming, in Quality, you can choose High / Normal / Low quality, high quality may up to 4K version.
How to update my vSeeBox?
vSeeBox supports Over-The-Air updates to keep your device updated. On the 3rd row of the Home Page, select the Software update. You can check if any new updates with Online Update.
How can I turn subtitles on/off?
Some of our VODs have different subtitles even in different languages for you to choose from. Press the Menu button on your remote during the VOD streaming, in Subtitles, you can choose None (for closing subtitles), or subtitles in different languages.
How can I change the track language of a VOD?
Some of our VODs have different track languages for you to choose. Press the Menu button on your remote during the VOD streaming, in Track, you can choose English, Español and more according to availability.
A movie/tv shows I’m watching often buffers. Why?
At times, you might endure buffering as a result of high traffic or slow speeds on the internet. If buffering issues are persistent, try holding down the “Pause” button for up to 15 seconds before resuming the movie. This often rectifies the buffering issue.
We also provide the picture quality selection function. You can adjust according to your network environment. Press Menu button on your remote during the VOD streaming, in Quality, you can choose High / Normal / Low quality, high quality may up to 4K version.
What are Heat Apps?
Heat Apps—including Heat Live, Heat VOD, and Heat VOD Ultra—come pre-installed on every vSeeBox. These apps provide free access to over 1,600 live TV channels and more than 80,000 movies and TV shows, all without monthly fees.
Network issue – say remembered instead of connected
Thank you for your help first. If the network is indicating “remembered” but not “connected”, it means the password error. You can re-connect the network by: 3rd on row home screen – system settings – network – click ok on your wifi network – forgot network.
Shut down / sleeping mode – which shall I choose?
We suggest shutting it down (power off) if you are not using it. It will release the internal storage and make the box work more smoothly with next usage.
The sleeping mode is for a short period of not using it. The tv box would not be turned off completely for a faster wake-up time.
